Refund & Returns Policy
Our products are made to order and many are personalized. Because of this, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to a manufacturing or fulfilment error. Errors or spelling mistakes provided by the customer are not considered incorrect items.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and where genuine faults occur we will resolve the issue promptly, either with a replacement or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for assistance with a faulty item:
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
Clear photos of the issue must be provided
The item must be unused and unwashed
Important: Faulty or damaged items do not need to be physically returned to us unless expressly requested.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, poorly printed, or incorrect from the point of manufacturing:
We will:
Assess the issue
Work with our production team
Arrange a replacement at no cost or a refund
You will not be required to pay return postage for faulty products.
Manufacturing Approvals
In cases where a fault is verified (including print issues, defects, wrong item, or damages in transit), we will provide either:
A free reprint sent directly to you; or
A refund to your original payment method
This will be handled quickly after receiving the supporting photos.
Non-Faulty Items (Change of Mind)
Returns and refunds cannot be offered for reasons including:
Change of mind
Ordered the wrong size or colour
Not liking the style or artwork
Variations caused by device screen colours
Spelling mistakes, typos, names, or wording supplied incorrectly by the customer.
These are not manufacturing faults and therefore not eligible for return/refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please make a new purchase. We cannot exchange used or made-to-order items.
Refund Processing
When a refund is approved:
We issue it to your original payment method
It may take up to 10 business days to appear
Bank processing times vary

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Australian customers are protected under ACL. Where a product is faulty or defective:
You are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund
We will cover any required return costs
Fault assessment may be completed via photos.
